Dry pressing molding of industrial ceramic plate is a molding method that uses pressure to press the dry powder blank of industrial ceramic plate into dense body in the model. Dry pressing forming of industrial ceramic plates has been widely used in industrial ceramics and achieved good results. Because the blank formed by dry pressing of industrial ceramic plate has less moisture, high pressure and compact body, it can obtain the green body of industrial ceramic plate with small shrinkage, accurate shape and no need for vigorous drying.



The dry-pressing forming process of industrial ceramic plates is simple, and the production of industrial ceramic plates is large, with few defects, which is convenient for mechanization, so it is quite suitable for forming small-sized industrial ceramic slabs with simple shapes. Zirconia ceramics are white, yellow or gray when containing impurities, and generally contain HfO2, which is not easy to separate.
