Introducing Troubleshooting for Magnetic Tensioners


1. There are two ways to deal with the slippage of the damping wheel during work, one is to clamp the wool ring properly, and the other is to use a thin cotton thread sticking with alcohol to wipe the 0-ring of the coil wheel. If it still cannot be solved, please contact the supplier.


2. When the angle of the tension rod is higher than the red mark, the tensioner will be abnormally worn. There are two ways to deal with it. One is to rotate the adjustment dial scale to make the tension increase so that the tension rod slowly goes down, or to reverse the tension knob. Rotate left to make the tension rod go down slowly; the tension rod should be in the horizontal position as much as possible (turn off the power and increase the tension).


3. When the angle of the tension rod is lower than the position marked in red, the anti-tension knob is turned to the left, and the position of the tension rod is slowly raised, so that the tension rod is as horizontal as possible.


4. How to stop the magnetic tensioner when tension pulsation occurs during the debugging process. First, slowly turn the scale of the adjusting dial to the maximum scale, and then return to the vicinity of the required tension scale for re-adjustment. If the tension adjustment is still invalid, please Confirm whether the selected tensioner model is correct.


5. After using for a period of time, if the damping wheel makes a loud noise or does not turn, please contact the supplier in time.
