• Confirmation before use of servo tensioner:

1. Please check whether the porcelain eye has body sweat, cracks, or broken lines;

2. Please check whether the felt has body sweat, and whether the elastic force of the felt pressing spring is appropriate;

3. Please check whether the wire guide pulley, damping disc and tension rod operate freely;

4. Please check whether the anti-jumper has body sweat, broken lines, and whether it runs smoothly.

5. Install the enameled wire in the order of: lead porcelain eye, felt, damping disc, wire wheel, anti-jumper, and winding head.

The enameled wire should pass between the two pieces of felt, and the enameled wire should not touch the center of the felt when passing between the lead wires.

The enameled wire should be wound around the damping disc (the thickness of the wire can be appropriately increased by 1-3 times)

6. Adjust the scale of the tensioner to a certain scale according to the wire diameter of the enameled wire, measure the tension value, and after adjusting to the required scale, adjust the compression spring, tension rod spring, tension rod arm, and repeat fine-tuning until a satisfactory effect is achieved. .

The less compact the felt, the better. Therefore, when the tension is at the required scale, it is possible to loosen the compression spring, as long as the enameled wire does not slip on the damping disc, and then fine-tune the tensioner in the larger direction;

The adjustment of the tension rod spring and the force arm is to ensure that the thread is not easily broken during quick start, and to ensure a better thread take-up effect when stopped to ensure the tightness.
