Faults caused by the quality problems of electrical components themselves often appear after the equipment has been used for a period of time without any early warning. The common faults of the controller are the high-voltage control part and buttons. These problems cannot be solved by the general users themselves, and the manufacturer needs to be informed to repair them. The fault of frequency converter is also common, and the fault can be judged by looking at the display interface of frequency converter; Users with motor faults should pay attention to whether the motor has abnormal sound and normal temperature rise during use to judge whether the equipment is overloaded during use; Brake is a wearing part, which should be adjusted in time after the winding machine is used for a period of time, and replaced if necessary.




Among the reasons why the main motor can't start normally due to differential protection of the protection device, most cases are caused by the differential protection circuit except the fault of the motor itself. In the actual production process, due to the large vibration of the vertical mill and other reasons, it is easy to trip the differential protection caused by the loosening of the terminal of the current transformer at the motor side. Therefore, the fastening of the terminal of the current transformer at the motor side should be regarded as an important maintenance content in the usual equipment maintenance. ----
