It is already tightly pressed when leaving the factory, but it may become loose after long-term operation. It should also be checked every six months to see if it is loose. If it is loose, the six connection heads of the rotor can be removed first, and then tools such as a ring wrench or a knife can be used to cover the nut on the inner side of the terminal or to counter the recess of the screw head. Then, a wrench can be used to tighten the nut that fastens the terminal from the outside. Be careful not to damage the wire wrap.

2. The six external wiring terminals and the six rotor wires must be securely crimped with elastic pads. If they are loose, they should be tightened and checked once a month to see if they are loose.

3. The starter generally does not need to be disassembled, as it is adjusted to a better position at the factory. If the six coils become severely loose and the yoke plate must be removed to compress the six internal terminals, they can be marked one by one and installed in their original position according to the removal position. Check if it has been restored and observe whether the inner iron core fits snugly during assembly.
