Alloy wire nozzle, also known as tungsten steel wire nozzle (guide needle), has different shapes and sizes and can be determined according to customer needs. The inner holes are all mirror-finished to ensure that the Qinbao wire is not scratched. It has extremely high rigidity and hardness, is not easy to bend and block, is impact-resistant and wear-resistant. The hardness is as high as HRA90 or more. Both ends and inner holes of this product are mirror-finished to ensure that the Qinbao wire is not damaged.

Advantages: high rigidity and hardness, not easy to bend and block, impact resistance.

Applicable: It is used for the processing of various types of motors, such as multi-strand and winding coils.

Testing regulations:

1. The wire rod should be checked and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality should be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. The user shall inspect the product after receiving the product. If the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be submitted to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and the two parties shall negotiate and resolve.

2. Each batch of wires should be composed of the same grade and specification, and the batch weight should not exceed 1000kg.

3. The diameter of each coil (shaft) of wire should be measured, and the appearance should be checked with the naked eye.

4. When conducting chemical composition analysis, samples can be taken before the furnace or on the finished product, and one sample can be taken from each batch.
