A. Mechanical tensioner

1. When installing the mechanical tensioner, it is not advisable to use too much force on the handle, which will affect the firmness of the insert.

2. To prevent falling, it will damage the ceramic parts and the shell.

3. When the tension rod is installed, the locking screw should be aligned with the shaft plane.

4. Do not use it reluctantly if the thread warp does not match the model.

5. It is strictly forbidden to add any grease into the damping wheel. Do not open the self-adjustment without authorization.

6. Change the wool loop frequently to avoid clogging the thread nozzle.

7. If there is abnormal noise or does not turn on the wire pulley, please replace it in time, because the bearing has been worn.

8. If the damping wheel rotates and slips, please wipe the O-ring in the damping wheel with a cotton thread dipped in alcohol, so as to remove the waxy dirt left in the enameled wire.

9. Keep the production site clean, long-term dust accumulation will easily wear the tensioner components.

10. The tension knob at the bottom can only be rotated left and right, and cannot be pulled down.

B. Magnetic Tensioner

When the tensioner is working, the tension rod should not be higher than the red line.

In the working process, only the tension is allowed to be increased from minor, and it is not allowed to be decreased from major.

The tension needs to be adjusted from large to small, and it must be adjusted in the stopped state to avoid wire breakage.

If tension pulsation occurs during adjustment, first turn the tension adjustment dial to the right to the maximum tension, and then slowly return to the vicinity of the desired tension for re-adjustment.
