Quality inspection standard for zirconia ceramic sheets

1. Inspection material: zirconia ceramic;

2. Dielectric constant of substrate:>30;

3. Pencil hardness:≥ 8H;

Test method: Mitsubishi test pencil, with a pressure of 750gf, the angle between the pencil lead and the surface to be tested is 45°, Draw 5 strokes at the position to be tested, each with a length of 10mm (using parallel 5 lines with a distance of>3mm and no interference between the test lines), and no permanent indentation is allowed on the surface;

4. Steel ball drop: A 20g steel ball falls at a height of 50cm to the center of a ceramic with a diameter of 10mm, and the ceramic is placed on a rigid flat marble. Three times, no cracks appear on the ceramic plate;

5. Four point bending strength:≥ 500MPa;

1) Four point bending strength testing method: upper span: 20mm, lower span: 40mm, pressure rod with a diameter of ¥ 6, pressing speed of 10mm/min, pressing until the zirconia ceramic sheet ruptures;

6. The cutting edge of the substrate is sharp, with a depth of<0.03mm, and there should be no defects such as pits, impurities, cracks, scratches, etc. on the surface;
