Change the winding spindle is by pneumatic . The machine can be used for multi connected, coil automatic wire winding of multilayer type , it can winding  1-8 wire at one time.can also be pass the groove automatically . Can winding 1-32 coils in the winder length range. There are two alternate use of the square shaft rotatable about the coil diameter 25MM-180MM, high production efficiency.

For the characteristics of the machine winding ,the machine body use thick cast iron , The vibration and noise of smaller machines, it also have when wire cutting the machine will stop function, not discarded products. 

Main configuration:

① There have eight pcs winding head, the winding head length and elevation can be easily adjusted.

② Equipped with mobile wire frame (including eight  group bobbin and eight spools ,size is  120mm × 300mm diameter ).

③ With two mold spindle :dimensions 16 × 16 × 630mm

④ Supply frame  size is 800 × 800 × 780mm.

⑤ Install brake resistors, the position more accurately
